Product Instructions
Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Moisten pork chops with water. Shake off excess. Using chart below measure mixture into a reusable container. Shake or coat 1 or 2 chops at a time with mixture. Discard any remaining mixture. Bake on ungreased or foil-lined 15 x 10 inch metal baking pan until cooked through, using chart below. Do not cover. Do not turn chops during baking.

Air Fryer: Coat pork chops as directed above. Cook according to air fryer directions. Pork Chops (1/2 inch thick): 6 to 8; Coating Mixture: 1 packet; Bake Time at 425 degrees F. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F: With Bone: 30 minutes; Boneless: 20 minutes. Pork Chops (1/2 inch thick): 4 to 5; Coating Mixture: 1/2 packet; Bake Time at 425 degrees F. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F: With Bone: 25 minutes; Boneless: 15 minutes. Pork Chops (1/2 inch thick): 2 to 3; Coating Mixture: 1/4 packet; Bake Time at 425 degrees F. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F: With Bone: 20 minutes; Boneless: 15 minutes.
