Cooking Directions: Boil 4 quarts of water for each pound of thin spaghetti. Salt to taste (optional). Add vermicelli slowly and return to a boil. Cook uncovered, 8 to 9 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Avoid overcooking. Drain and rinse with hot water. Serve. Cooking instructions are a guideline and may be altered slightly.
