Usage Instructions
Shake well. Directions: 1. Shake the container and hold it in a vertical position at a distance of 10 inches from the pan or cold cooking utensil. 2. Spray until covering the surface of the food or kitchen utensils at intervals of 1 to 2 seconds. 3. Heat and cook.
