Product Instructions
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Moisten chicken pieces (with or without skin*) with water. (*Bake time are the same with or without skin.) Shake off excess. Using chart below measure mixture into shaker bag or onto plate. Shake or coat 1 or 2 pieces at a time with mixture. Discard any remaining mixture in shaker bag or on plate. Bake on ungreased or foil-lined 15 x 10 inch metal baking pan until cooked through, using chart below. Do not cover. Do not turn chicken during baking.

Chicken pieces 6 to 8; coating mixture 1 packet; bake time at 400 degrees F cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F: with bone 50 minutes; boneless 20 minutes. Chicken pieces 4 to 5; coating mixture 1/2 packet; bake time at 400 degrees F cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F: with bone 45 minutes; boneless 15 minutes. Chicken pieces 2 to 3; coating mixture 1/4 packet; bake time at 400 degrees F cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F: with bone 40 minutes; boneless 15 minutes.
