Product Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. To ensure food safety, read and follow these cooking instructions. Product should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

Boiling: Do not defrost. If any tortellini are frozen together in the bag, firmly hit against a hard surface to separate. Place tortellini in 3 to 4 quarts (per bag) of rapidly boiling salted water. Cook uncovered (stirring frequently) for 2 to 3 minutes or until desired tenderness.

Cooks in 2-3 minutes (Note: Since all types of cooking equipment and equipment's settings may vary, cooking times may require adjusting).

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen.
