Product Instructions
Cooking Instructions: For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare - Do not refreeze.
Conventional or Toaster Oven: Place oven rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fish in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 19 to 20 minutes. For best results, flip halfway through baking. Note: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F minimum.
Microwave Instructions: Place desired number of frozen fish sticks on a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high (100%) for the amount of time indicated on chart below. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F minimum. Number of Sticks: 1 to 4; Total Time: 45 seconds to 2 minutes. Number of Sticks: 5 to 7; Total Time: 2-1/2 to 4 minutes. Number of Sticks: 12; Total Time: 4-1/2 minutes. For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking. Let stand covered in microwave for 2 minutes before serving. Note: Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended microwave cooking times are based on an 1100-watt oven. Caution: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food.
