Product Instructions
You Will Need: 1 lb ground beef; 6 oz tomato paste; 2 cups water; 2 cups shredded cheese, divided; 8 flour tortillas. For Sauce: Blend Enchilada Sauce Mix with 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste and 2 cups (16 oz) water in medium sized pan. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. For Beef Enchiladas: Brown and crumble 1 lb ground beef. Drain fat. Stir in half of prepared sauce and 1 cup shredded cheese. Soften 8 flour tortillas by dipping each tortilla into remaining prepared sauce. Place 1/4 cup beef mixture into each tortilla and roll tightly; put seam side down in 7 x 11 inch baking dish top with remaining prepared sauce and sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
