Product Instructions
You Will Need: 2-1/2 lbs chicken parts. 4 cups fresh vegetables. Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place roasting bag in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Rinse chicken parts and pat dry (remove skin if desired). Sprinkle seasoning mix over chicken, coating evenly. Place chicken in bag, single layer, and add vegetables. Close bag loosely and secure with nylon fastener about 2 inches from end. Cut 3 small holes in top of bag to let steam escape. Bake in lower half of oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. (Note: Bag, when expanded, should not touch oven sides, racks or heating elements. Do not use under broiler or with temperatures above 375 degrees F). Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut bag open; serve chicken and vegetables with juice. Juice may be thickened for gravy.
