Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Moisten pork chops with water. Shake off excess. Using chart below measure mixture into shaker bag or onto plate.

Shake or coat 1 or 2 pieces at a time with mixture. Discard any remaining mixture in shaker bag or on plate.

Bake on ungreased or foil-lined 15 x 10 inch metal baking pan until cooked through, using chart below. Do not cover. Do not turn chicken during baking.

Pork chops (1/2 inches thick) 6 to 8; coating mixture 1 packet; bake time at 425 degrees F cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F: with bone 30 minutes; boneless 20 minutes; pork chops (1/2 inches thick) 4 to 5; coating mixture 1/2 packet; bake time at 425 degrees F cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F: with bone 25 minutes; boneless 15 minutes; pork chops (1/2 inches thick) 2 to 3; coating mixture 1/4 packet; bake time at 425 degrees F cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F: with bone 20 minutes; boneless 15 minutes.
